From first brief to approved production
Follow JWAY BIO’s functional pouch development process: brief, formulation and sampling, specification and artwork approval, manufacturing and handover.
A clear approval process connects a good sample to a repeatable commercial product. These four stages organize the decisions and records needed to move from a brief to shipment.
1. Brief & feasibility
Send the destination market, product category, essential ingredients, flavor, packaging direction and estimated quantity. We review the development route and identify open technical and commercial questions.
2. Development & sampling
Agree the sample purpose and specification direction. Evaluate flavor, sweetness, cooling and material feel. Consolidate feedback and keep each sample version connected to the formula record.
3. Specification & artwork approval
Confirm the formula, sample reference, product specification, test scope, can configuration and label version. The buyer arranges destination-market label review before final print approval.
4. Production & document handover
Manufacture against the agreed product record, complete the quality review and prepare the confirmed document pack. Coordinate shipping terms, batch identification and the handover to the receiving business.
Planning time and minimum quantity
The source program references a 5,000-can starting point per formula/flavor, custom sampling from 5 working days and typical production planning of 3–5 weeks after approvals. The project quotation confirms the actual minimum, timing and dependencies. Unconfirmed ingredients, artwork revisions or additional tests can change the schedule.
